April 2014 – Full stair replacement in golden Colorado, we shop fabricate all of our sets of stairs, come out to the job remove the existing concrete stairs and install the new set in about just a few hours. These new stairs have galvanized nonslip treads for maximum traction and longevity. A painting crew will come behind us and fully paint the stairs to match the building. The stairs are available in the raw, primer finish, or even powder coated.

This is a solar powered, dual swing driveway gate system. The gate logo is a custom designed family crest provided by the homeowner. The logo has been waterjet cut for precision and detailed imaging. The operating system is a LiftMaster LA 500 with upgraded batteries and solar panels. It is equipped with a free exit loop and safety reversing photo eyes. The columns are designed with special ordered rock and measure out 3 X 3 with recessed address and top caps. Designed, built and installed by Colorado Premier Garage Doors & Gate Systems.

This 14 foot single swing driveway gate was installed in Parker Colorado. This gate system is being powered by a solar Apollo 1550 system. It has backup battery and upgraded 20 W solar panel. Wireless keypad with in ground pre-formed free exit loop.

This gate system is located in Longmont Colorado. This is a bi-parting arch top driveway gate with custom designed logos recessed in the gate frame. This gate system is powered by an Apollo 1650 1K system. The system has upgraded solar panel, free exit loop, wireless keypad and photoelectric safety eyes.
